Fast Line Studio’s story began in 2019.

It all started, like many great ideas do, over a casual cup of tea. The future founders found themselves asking a simple but frustrating question: why is it so hard to keep up with everything? 🤷‍♀️

As public figures, they constantly felt the pressure to meet society’s standards—perfect manicures and pedicures, fresh haircuts, flawless color. Always polished, always on point. But the reality? Endless hours lost in salons, day after day, week after week.

Then came the spark: what if you could get everything done at the same time? Or even better—what if it only took 90 minutes? 🕜

That’s how the idea behind Fast Line Studio was born: a beauty experience built around parallel services. Imagine four professionals working on one client simultaneously, without getting in each other’s way. Meanwhile, the client relaxes, sips coffee, replies to messages—living their best multitasking life.

It sounded a bit wild at first. Like, “wait, is this even possible?” 🧐

But that little asterisk? It became the foundation for a whole new beauty concept.

But hey, nothing is impossible. The idea slowly began to take shape. The challenge? Figuring out how four nail artists could work at the same time without bumping elbows. 🤔 That’s when the real search began — and it took us all the way to Japan to discover a high-tech miracle chair, specially designed for beauty salons to enable multiple services in parallel.

Voila — problem solved! ☝️

Next step: getting mobile Japanese washbasins so clients can stay comfortably seated during treatments, a Japanese climazon for fast, deep, and flawless hair coloring, and German-made silent, safe nail drills. Add to that a whole range of other carefully chosen tools and equipment to make everything run like clockwork. 🚀

Back in 2019, the very first ultra-modern Fast Line Studio opened its doors in Kyiv, at the New England residential complex. Not long after, a second location followed in the Boulevard of Fountains complex in Pechersk. The concept was fresh and bold — would clients embrace it? Simultaneous services sounded great, but maintaining exceptional quality was non-negotiable.

To ensure this, we launched our own training academy, where experienced hair and nail professionals became mentors. They didn’t just teach — they elevated the craft, held trend briefings, refined skills, and monitored every step of the process. Nail technicians weren’t only expected to deliver flawless results, but to do so within a strict 90-minute window for all services. No pressure, right? ⏱️ Each workstation was equipped with a timer, counting down every minute to keep standards high and timing precise. 🕥

After the success of the first salon, more locations quickly followed — a second in Pechersk, a third in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district, and a franchise salon in Stojanka. Not even the full-scale invasion could halt the momentum. In 2022, two new salons opened in Krakow, followed by an expansion into Warsaw in 2023. 🌍

By 2024, the pace continued: a Kyiv showroom, a new location in a Warsaw residential complex, another showroom in Krakow, and a brand-new space in sunny Barcelona, Spain. 🌞

This rapid growth didn’t intimidate the co-founders. On the contrary, they had built a passionate, like-minded team, deeply committed to the business vision and united in their drive for growth. Every area — from finance, marketing, and accounting to training and operations — is managed by seasoned professionals, each bringing their expertise to keep everything running smoothly. 🤝
