PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)
on the Provision of Hairdressing and Cosmetology Services
by the Fast Line Studio Beauty Salon
This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer in accordance with the applicable legislation and is concluded between Fast Line Studio LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Beauty Salon” or the “Service Provider”) and an individual who accepts the terms of this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The Beauty Salon and the Client are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties,” and each separately as a “Party.”
This Agreement governs the procedure for the provision of hairdressing, cosmetology, and related services by the Beauty Salon, as well as the conditions for booking, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Beauty Salon undertakes to provide the Client with services listed on the official resources of the Salon (including the Fast Line Studio chatbot), and the Client undertakes to pay the cost of such services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTANCE AND BOOKING CONDITIONS DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIOD
2.1. Booking a service and making a partial or full payment shall be considered acceptance of this offer, meaning the Client fully and unconditionally agrees to all of its terms.
2.2. From December 15 to December 31, special booking conditions apply:
To confirm a booking during the holiday period, the Client must make a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the ordered services.
The prepayment must be made within one calendar day from the moment the booking is confirmed. If less than 2 days remain until the appointment, the prepayment must be made within 2 hours.
If the prepayment is not made within the specified time, the booking will be automatically canceled without additional notification.
2.3. Making a prepayment confirms the Client’s agreement to the terms of this Agreement and secures the date and time of the appointment as agreed with the Salon’s administrator via phone, messengers, or chatbot.
3. RULES FOR CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
3.1. The Client has the right to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment without losing the prepayment, provided they notify the Salon no later than 10 calendar days before the appointment. In this case, the prepayment is retained in the Client’s personal account in the Salon’s CRM system and can be used in the future.
3.2. In case of cancellation or rescheduling less than 10 days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable, except for the cases provided in Section 4 of this Agreement.
4. SERVICE PROVIDER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SERVICE
4.1. The Beauty Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Client’s appointment in the event of:
- changes to the work schedule of a stylist or administrator;
- inability to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the Salon;
- submission by the Client of valid documentation confirming incapacity (e.g., a certificate of COVID-19 or other illnesses).
